The problem really isn't managers. Its us. Having the best language,
development tools and procedures isn't reason enough to have
"management" worship at our feet. We need to sell up with convincing
professionalism and then deliver thereby increasing credibilty one
step at a time. Don't forget there aren't many managers who get fired
because they select C or C++ as their teams programming language.
It's not their fault its ours for not giving them a convincing
alternative. Lynn
