You may have known #Develop but for those who are interested in it please
take a look at:

it's under GPL and one could download it here:
http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/download/

Perhaps #Smalltalk can make use of it to build an IDE.

on Microsoft's .NET platform. It is open-source (GPL), and you can download
