=46lickers can show up even when double buffering is turned on.

You can find fix to current double buffering implementation at
http://wiki.cs.uiuc.edu/VisualWorks...ffering-Fix.zip
or at Cincom public repository (package DoubleBuffering-Fix).

Use "Settings->System->Repair policy" page to turn double buffering
on. Your change will take effect only for new windows.
