There is absolutely no question to me that 'B' and 'b' are different
letters. Look at their shapes! Look at spelling rules! You cannot
always substitute a B for a b or substitute a b for a B, not even in
English.

Whether or not your yelling is intelligible does not prove or disprove
your thesis.
