Regarding Connecting to MQ Series

Hi,
This is saravanan. I am new to group. I am trying to connect to
mqseries from pb application.
I am getting an error like error calling external object
function(error number 35).
How to connect to mqseries client or server and what are all the
steps is required.
I am using the below external function
accessqueuemanager . For this external function, i am using
mqic32.dll.
when the accessqueuemanager is being executed, i am getting an
error.

I have to completed this task by today.pls help me. very urgent.
