PocketBuilder 2.0 Problem

I am trying to send a SMS to a smartphone through the SMSSession object in pocketbuilder 2.0 but as soon as i open the Session,i get an error 'Error calling external function fnSMSSession_Open'. How can i resolve this problem ?

That is odd -
Can you execute the basic samples like the "hello world" and
the "sms_sample_2" ???
That will help isolate things.
