Author Powerbuilder 6 program not a valid win32 application

I have an executable that was built using Powerbuilder 6 (6.5). It
ran fine on Win98. I recently upgraded my PC to Win2000 and now when
I execute the program I get a pop up box that says:

<programname>.exe not a valid win32 application

and stops after clicking ok.

I've tried removing the program (using delete because there is no
install program). And copied it back in with same results.

Others in the company using Win2000 can execute the program.

Any ideas on how I can figure out what the problem is?

Thanks in advance.
