Reading Email attachments

I am trying to read an Email using MAPI in Powerbuilder
6.5.

everything is fine, except email attachment that retrieved from the MS
Outlook contains 8 chars file name format and not long file name
format.

any ideas how to retrieve email attachment file with long file name?

Look at " mailsession.mailReadMessage ( messageid, mailmessage, readoption,
mark )"
