Upgrade from Enterprise v8 to Desktop v10

Hello,
I currently have the PowerBuilder Enterprise 8. I want only to go
with PowerBuilder Desktop 10.0. Can I buy the PowerBuilder Desktop
10.0 for Windows Update and have it upgrade successfully or do I need
to buy the PowerBuilder Desktop 10.0 for Windows even though I already
have Enterprise 8. Price difference of CAN$197 vs CAN$401. Thanks in
advance.
