Im' looking for a Delphi implementation of the
"DICOM Upper Layer Protocol".
There are some source code C/C++ implementation (for example
this http://www.xs4all.nl/~ingenium/dicom.html and this
http://www.codeproject.com/internet/dicom_server_1.asp) and
before translating those to Delphi, I want to know if someone have
some Delphi code to share (I've intensively searched with Google
but only found C/C++ implementations).
My target is to write a DICOM worklist sever using Delphi.

Any hint appreciated.
