Author Setting a language-specific sortorder of stringlists

Hello,

I am developing an application for the Danish market.
In Denmark there is a special letter which in old times was written as a
double-a.
Therefore, the string "AA" comes last when a list of 2-char strings is
sorted.

Does anyone know how to reset the sortorder, so that strings are sorted by
standard latin letters, i.e. "AA" would come first?
