String Editor for ClientDataset not appearing

I have a PC with Delphi 5 installed and when I add a ClientDataset
(Midas) control, I can select the CommandText property and then get the
button with the 3 dots to display the String Editor to enter SQL with
line breaks etc. Just like the one for entering SQL in a Query component.
I have Delphi 5/6 on other PCs and the button doesn't appear so I can't
edit properly. What needs to be done to make it work.
