| "The landlord program handles the financial data necessary for
operating a small apartment building. The program's user should be
able to input rents paid by individual tenants, and expenses incurred
in operating the building. On demand, the program should display a
Rent Record, which shows the rents paid by each tenant for each month;
and an Expense Record, which, for each expense, records the date,
payee, amount, and budget category. The program should also able to
display an Annual summary, which shows total rents paid for year and
total expenses paid in each budget category."

| Thanks for ur reply.Actually i want to write a program which takes
some records as input and then displays them.I cant undersatand
whether to save records in a file, list or database.and hope other
things yoy'll understand after reading the problem statement.if u have
soln then plz reply.Bye
