You could also print it out and give it to a TA to transscribe.

My boss used to do something like that: If he finds a nice figure in a
book (physical) and wants to use it in his lecture slides
(PowerPoint), he tells his secretary to scan it in for him. We have
also taught the secretary to use XFig, so that she can produce
vector-graphic figures for the boss's in LaTeX-formatted papers.
I'm not sure which is more expensive: an experienced secretary or a
TA.
