Jose,

open the PPD by text editor (WordPad) and duplicate all entries
for an already existing format. Then change the numbers.
1 PostScript point = 1/72 inch. The changes are to be made at
several occurrances (e.g. printable area as well).
If the syntax is correct, then the new format should appear in the
printer menue by name, according to your definition.

Replace the PPD in the depths of the Windows folders by the
modified version.
