Nomenclature for entity(...) ?

Is there a good general term for the expression(s) in parenthesis
following a named object? There are several forms of "entity-associated
comma and/or colon delimited expressions in parenthesis". Is there a
proper expression for this general type of syntax? I was thinking that
something like "entity modifier expression" would work, but it seems
likely that some useful phrase for this already exists.
