Yes indeed, RM and I have a mutually agreed disregard for each other, which
is alive and well.

I have pointed out that Townsend is a snake-oil salesman with his varying
strings package which somehow leads me to suspect that may have something to
do with his vitrolic discourse which I took pleasure in <snipping> from
this reply, (arent you glad)?
..
And what can I say about the bakers-dozen of maroons, (former IBM Team OS/2,
Team PL/I types) still left
in comp.lang.pl1 (who managed 1 topic with 1 reply last month), that
provide amusement with their knee-jerk reactions
when I "TELL IT LIKE IT IS"

For the record, I never challenged them for a reduce_blanks translation,
all I said was here was something
that was running concurrently over in comp.lang.fortran and was
"Posted only for PLI'er info"

However its true, PLI'ers and I hold each other in mutual "low-regard" SO
WHAT !!!
But I dont LIE..
