did you not like any of the results you would see by searching the archive
of this NG? Several vendors, including Intel, have limited time free
trials. While it is not supported without Visual Studio, you can read up
on how to make it work with free Microsoft C.
gfortran supports much of f90. It has had much discussion here.

Please use Google. Searching "free fortran 90 compiler" gives the
relevant link http://www.thefreecountry.com/compilers/fortran.shtml .

Other free compilers are g95 (www.g95.org) and Salford FTN95, now free
for non-commercial purposes.
