Okay, making progress here.

I've confirmed the internal name to the DLL
by doing the following.

->dumpbin /EXPORTS OneWay.dll >OneWay.txt

-- start OneWay.txt -------------------------------
Dump of file oneway.dll

File Type: DLL

Section contains the following exports for OneWay.dll

0 characteristics
0 time date stamp Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969
0.00 version
1 ordinal base
39 number of functions
39 number of names

ordinal hint RVA name
