Author NAG and MingW

It seems NAG would win the race (if we could call it a race?) for
offering the first F2003 compliant compiler. To quickly to put
ourselves in the suitable learning/production path, it would be
natural to jump on NAG compiler train.

NAG compiler is available on WIN32 platform only via Cygwin (which is
not popular with managers). So the question:

Is there anybody there get NAG compiler work with MingW or anyother C
compiler (official line is that they don't support MingW, ...)

Thanks
