| Hi,
Anybody tried MATFOR? Is it any good? Is the support good?
The web site did not say how much it was. Anyone know?

It's listed on Lahey's site (www.lahey.com) with a price of $2000 for a
commercial license.

You can download a trial version and judge for yourself. IMO it has some
snazzy visualization capabilities although it doesn't come as a .NET or OCX
component so it presents as the vendor's, its math library is limited in
scope and of questionable pedigree, and its licensing policy is highly
restrictive (the local legal beaver found it to be unacceptable), but YMMV.

Bundled with Lakey Fortran.NET it appears to cost ca. $400 but alone it's
$2K.
