| This is my own personal posting, not affiliated with the vendor (and I
hope not unwelcome).
The GINO Fortran Graphics/GUI API 2004 survey of upgrade suggestions is
available at the below link. My particular and biased reason for
posting here is to request additional input on direction of improvements
to GINO's multimedia support. I have an immediate requirement for
synchronized playback of video and audio from multiple sources
(basically, separate data streams (recorded by separate, unintegrated
devices) which if initially synchronized could potentially play back in
sync given absence of drop outs of various sorts). This is only
partially supported at present. Of course, I need this capability by
5PM CST, Friday 21 May which is a bit impossible, but maybe next time I
need it ... Also of interest to me is an extended XML/HTML rendering
capability. There is also a widening gulf between the Windows and UNIX
versions which disturbs me somewhat. Anyway that's my attempt to
influence any respondees. Feel free to ignore me and respond with your
own requirements.

The survey does not appear to be limited to current users, but I'm sure
they would appreciate serious and considered responses only (e.g.
knowledgeable of existing capabilities).
Thanks
