Does anyone know where to find a compiler optimalised for dualprocesor
machine? Or manual how to write such programs.

Do you mean a Fortran with OpenMP and some automatic parallelization? At
least 3 major vendors support it for x86 linux: Lahey, PGI, Intel (who also
support Windows and ia64). Most Unix systems have such options.

If you don't like Google, there are alternatives, but you've done little to
specify your area of interest. Many on this list consider parallelism off
topic, even within the context of Fortran.
