Hi,

I've installed the intel fortran compiler in linux mandrake 9.1
according to the instructions at
http://ftp.aset.psu.edu/pub/ger/for...tranInstall.txt

But when I try to compile a file using <ifort file.f90 -o file>
(without the <> ) I get the following errors:

as: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ld: No such file or directory

Anyone know what's going on? Thanks
