Why do you think that Lisp code contains only s-exprs? This is false.
You can embed any kind of object in lisp source code, and Lisp macros
can operate on any kind of object.

You don't know Lisp, so stop writing about it as if you do.

Some advice: "When you find yourself in a deep hole, the first thing
to do is stop digging".
