Also googling for this sentence or major parts of it doesn't give me
any results.

Rumours are not admissible evidence here.

I do. It doesn't become apparent. Maybe I'm suffering from amnesia or
perhaps you're seeing patterns where non exist. The idea of the
spammer who, to camouflage his spamming, spents major amounts of time
to produce original content doesn't strike me as convincing yet. It's
wouldn't be efficient.
