Author OpenDylan Win32 1.0 beta 1 - Uninstaller deletes ALL shortcuts in user's start menu

Hi,

FYI:
Just _un_installed Open Dylan 1.0 beta 1 for Win32 using its
installer (clicking on "uninstall" shortcut).

The installer not only _removed_ Dylan's _shortcuts_ and program
group (as it should), but removed _everything_ in my _user_ start
menu including the Autostart folder! :-((( I found that out
immediately, because I checked the installer's detail listing - and
it was quite a shock!

Mercifully, the installer had left the "All Users" menu untouched:->
(where most installed programs have their shortcuts). And,
fortunately, I had a 2-months-old backup of my %userprofile%. So,
I'm back in business again;->

**Maintainers**, please review the Windows installer and fix this.

Regards,

-Heribert

P.S.: Currently I don't have enough time to get acquainted with a
new language (and I'm new to the functional paradigm;-). I just
wanted my 320MB disk space back;-)

Thanks for reporting this, I'll take a look at it. I've also filed a
bug, <http://www.opendylan.org/cgi-bin/bu...bug.cgi?id=7323>.
