| SeaSideSam was under the impression that there was sufficient info in his posting concerning a misspelled work in one of bill's posts that all who read the remarks would understand that they were make in jest. obviously....
while i was a practicing professional computer programmer it was my policy to work hard and play hard. a good part of the 'play' part was in the company of other programmers of various disciplines, were our conversations, professional and otherwise, were
spirited and lively, and always informative.
i visit several 'programming' groups. this one is... confusing. the gentleman who taught me machine-level programming informed me one night that i was a bit tight (we were at the time engaged in conflict (shooting guns and missiles at those that were sh
ooting guns and missiles as us) and that i needed to 'loosen up'. it took a few more such experiences before i became convinced of his wisdom.
maybe this group needs to 'loosen up'. and before the bombs go off, not you bill. nor that fellow you are often sparring with. there were several postings these last several days from people with serious questions. i was relieved to see that these que
stions received serious replies.
and it could be that the drugs the docs have me taking are effecting my preception of what is real and what is imagined. did you hear the one about the duck and the rooster. neither have i.
birds are mating outside my door. wish i were able to do the same... outside or inside. not with birds (for those of you who are uptight).
have a good day.

No apology is required Bill.
Your posts are usually lucid, and minor spelling errors and typos can be
(and are...) made by all of us.
Anyone who would let the form override the content, is obviously more
concerned with appearances than with with serious discussion.
SeaSideSam is out of order.
Pete.
