Hi, is anyone using SCLM? We are getting this error whenever a new
user is trying to use SCLM.

FLM81204 - ERROR INITIALIZING THE PROJECT DEFINITION, CODE: 8

I do not see any RACF messages or any other messages. Any help on
this will be greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you ask your question on the IBM-MAIN (or even ISPF lists.

You can also try the Yahoo group SCLM (at http://groups.yahoo.com),
though it is moderated and you will have to ask for membership in
order to post.
