This sort of thing raises very grave doubts. I find it just about
impossible to believe that a set of runes that, translated, come out with a
coherent message, can ALSO be a substitution code. There have been similar
claims for the scrap of manuscript (parchment) that was found in the Oak
Island pit. A very short message might work - three or four characters -
but not anything longer.
