Fujitsu ALSO clearly documents their TYPEDEF support as an extension (in yellow
in their LRM)

From a QUICK look:
- It is incompatible with the MF implementation
- It APPEARS to be closer to what is in the '02 Standard
- I have *not* confirmed whether it is or is not full "implementation" of the
'02 Standard (including - for example - "forward references" as discussed in
this group recently.
