Last time I checked... :) We all used to feel that way. Imagine what
this country would be like if, every time a wagon wheel came off, the
settlers went back to the city where they started, so they could file a

Well, the broken wagon-wheel might not be as common a home-decoration as
it is now...
.... and the population and conditions of the American aboriginal
population might be a bit different, as well.
