I personally don't care for the litigious lifestyle. I currently don't
know where a swimming pool is with a diving board. This happened when
pools had diving boards, and any time someone screwed up their dive and
hurt themselves, they'd sue the pool owner.

It would be nice if people would just use their judgment to analyze a
situation, then accept responsibility for the outcome of their actions.
