Author COBOL Standard - What's "new"

For those interested in the fate of the recent International Vote on the
"Collection Classes DTR", you can read the results for yourself at:
http://www.cobolstandard.info/j4/files/07-0124.doc

As I suspected might happen, 4 of the 5 countries that actively participate in
WG4 had comments (2 voted YES with comments; while 2 voted NO with comments).
On the other hand, 9 countries (or possibly 8 - depending on what Germany did)
that never participate in the COBOL Standards process voted YES - with not
comments, so what they voted for "wins".

If you are interested in the current WG4 view of the "new" stuff in both the '02
and draft standards, look at:
http://www.cobolstandard.info/j4/files/07-0123.doc

and read resolutions 9 and 10.
