Re point 2: I've written a rather tongue-in-ch essay to prove that, given
a few assumptions - the most important one being that we stick with current
technology - a computer with 2**64 bytes memory space would be a minimum of
40 x 40 x 82 metres!

Ah, those were the days... remember the first 360s...? 2**15 bytes in 10 x
10 x 3 metres...(with false flooring and peripherals...)
