There's a famous photograph of our Quebec friend Pierre Elliott Trudeau,
at Buck House I think, doing a dancing pirouette behind QE2's back while
she is talking to some other diplomat.
There was also an incident where Pierre was talking to a crowd and one
young 'Anglo' interloper prefixed his question with, "Well as the Mother
Country.......... ?". P.E.T seethed and replied, "Well it *might* be
your Mother Country but it's not mine !".
