Yep, us Brits do spying, on the cheap, so much better than the Cousins
with all their technology. And, to ensure that your ally doesn't
renege on the deal you have to spy on him.

Did you know that American friendly fire incidents pre-date the Iraq
wars? I met an elderly director of the charity that I volunteer for
last night and he remembers, in WW2, when the USAF bombed Brighton. It
brought to mind the Milo Minderbender from Catch 22.
