Warning - what follows might not make sense to those who are unfamiliar
with a certain idiom.

Which brings to mind the question... how is the Chief of All Clans,
getting ready for a ceremonial meeting, exactly the same as a young
secretary in Bristol getting ready for her Friday Night Out?

A: They're both getting all tart(an)'d up.
