The above is a part of a series of postings on bit.listserv.ibm-main
about the unreliability of the web version of IBM's service reporting
tool. Since this is the main way of reporting problems and getting
fixes as well as keeping track of changes and ordering upgrades, many
are . The Green Screen version still works. On the other hand
the web access to my Canadian bank seems to be rock solid except for
the time they had a screw-up on the back end (I suspect COBOL batch
processing).
