do NOT reply to both newsgroups with "language specific" issues !!!!

Although this is OFF-TOPIC for both groups, it still may be something that
readers of the 2 groups will want to communicate in their (IBM mainframe) shops.

If you are in an IBM mainframe shop and your SysProgs tend to stay (medium)
current on IBM maintenance but don't read all the forums and newsgroups, make
certain that they are aware of the "Red Alert" documented at:

and/or search on APAR "OA16005"

NOTE WELL:
There is a statement,

"This problem can occur even if a zIIP engine is not installed."

(but if you have "JBB77S9" and/or "JBB772S" (FMIDs - I think) installed
