Author Question reguarding cobol debugging

I currently use Cobol OS/390 version 2.2.2 running under the Z/os operating system.

To 'trace' the program flow I used the debugging declaratives that Cobol supports. Until last w I have not had to use the debugging function since before we installed the Z/os operating system late last year. I have found that the 'trace' function no longer works.

Does anyone know of any issues that might cause this function to not work under Z/os? I have recompiled the program using the Test(none) compiler option (which is the only version of the test option it will compile clean with due to the debug declaratives statements in the program) and the trace still does not work.

Any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated.
