While I see it in some local (Denver area) restaurants, the
interesting one is at a panderia (bakery in Spanish) that makes it on
wends. Hispanics show up on Sunday morning with pots to fill
with menudo to take home.

It's great with the Mexican style hard rolls, and condiments which
include onions and cilantro.
