J4 website changed

For those of you who are looking for specific J4 documents, (such as the draft
of the '02 Standard), it has recently (just?) changed locations to:

http://www.cobolstandard.info/j4/index.htm

The older page at:
http://www.cobolportal.com/j4/index.asp?bhcp=1

still exists (as of this minute) but is NOT getting the "latest" updated
documents.
