In today's IBM announcement letters, there are a couple of snippets
that are of particular interest to PL/I users.

Also, in that same letter are some 'preview announcments'...

In particular, I hope this completely clarifies the situation of a PL/I
compiler for Windows that has raged here and elsewhere.
