Nope (to the first question); it seems to be a "reproduceable
experiment" (though the result may vary in the future): if you go to google
and use "three sexed fungae" as your query (without quotation marks), you
get exactly one hit.
For what it's worth, I did not actually click on that link to
investigate its contents. I had (perhaps prejudicially) assumed from the
domain name that it would not contain any scientific evidence for three
sexed fungae.
