He may be the only one... :-)

There is no official result of the elections until after this wend, as
special votes have to be counted. The two major parties are pretty much
tied, but it looks as though Helen Clark will get back, without a majority.
(We have Proprtional Representation here to cater for the diversity of the
population.) On the whole, it is a good thing.

I'm moving to Auckland this wend to start the new project on Monday, so I
haven't been following CLC. I'm quite amazed that the shenanigans in our
little backwater made it to CNN. The world is definitely getting smaller (or
maybe everyone is tired of reading about explosions and death and
destruction...)

Politics here, as in most countries, are really more amusing than useful.
