That was always the traditional dividing line before the AMA decided that people
couldn't make their own medical decisions - and since physicians couldn't tell
when an embryo quickened into a fetus, then that dividing line didn't exist
anymore.

Embryos are the same as "brain dead". They do not have the characteristics
that make humans special. Those characteristics come during fetal development.
