A pizza _without_ caramelized onions is second rate.
It's one of the things my brother taught me, and why I'm thankful that I
have a family.

A pizza _without_ beer is third rate. Red Hook ESB is ok but not great.
Warsteiner is better. Being in america I get stuck drinking el cheapo beer
most of the time, but I get to try innumerable microbews which is at least
interesting.
