"my" program not in the sense that _I_ have developed it, but the
program which runs on _my_ computer, keeping a database of accounts,
local users, recipients, periodical payments, and what have you.
The program which I use (SFIRM32) is distributed by the savings
banks organization, but there are other programs available.
