I think you'd also have to nullify Marbury v. Madison (handed down only
fourteen years after the ratification of the constitution!), and the only
way I can think of to do that is by amendment; after over two hundred years
of precedent I seriously doubt that the Supreme Court is going to reverse
the principle of judicial review!
